This is the documentation for the Bijstaan suite: 28 components for GLPI 11,
providing modular ITSM extensions.
Each page below is sourced from the component’s own README to document real behavior and current capabilities.
Nothing is forked
Every component is a standard plugin that can be installed or uninstalled independently. They extend GLPI’s core objects
by ID, preserving existing search, notification, and template workflows.
Independent components
Install only the plugins you need. While related plugins can share contextual data when co-installed,
no single plugin requires another to operate.
The work around a ticket that GLPI has no real model for: change enablement, known errors, procedures, major incidents, business services and improvement.
GLPI ChangeChange enablement built on GLPI’s own changes: a risk score, a shared calendar, freeze windows, collision warnings and a recorded outcome.
GLPI KEDBA known-error database that surfaces the workaround mid-ticket, and turns recurring incidents into problem candidates a human decides on.
GLPI SOPInteractive procedures that find the ticket, ask only the questions that apply, and record the answers as data.
GLPI MajorMajor-incident mode for GLPI 11, and a public status page.
GLPI ServiceThe services people actually depend on, mapped over your CMDB — and a record of where everything in it came from.
GLPI ImproveA continual-improvement register. Record that the process is wrong, not just the ticket, and track it to a decision.
GLPI ProjectA real schedule on GLPI’s own projects: dependencies, a critical path, capacity, and a budget costed from the hours GLPI already records.
Discovery & inventory
What is out there, and what it costs. Endpoints through osquery, everything that answers SNMP, and the cloud accounts GLPI 11 has no model for.
GLPI osquery InventoryA replacement for GLPI 11’s native Inventory and Agent, built on osquery, with live queries across the fleet.
GLPI NetscanA lightweight SNMP scanner for everything that cannot run an agent — switches, routers, firewalls, printers, PDUs, UPSes.
GLPI CloudCloud resources as first-class inventory, from any provider, without a second asset system.
GLPI Cloud — AzureMicrosoft Azure: what is running, in which subscription, and what it costs.
